Legal Counsel – Retail
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £55000 – £65000/annum
LHH are currently working with a luxury retail company that are instantly recognisable across the UK. The organisation is looking for a commercially astute lawyer with experience of working at the intersection of digital technology to assist the Legal Director to provide pragmatic, solution-driven legal advice to the business.
Responsibilities:
Legal support to the marketing team on all aspects of marketing and tourism initiatives;
Negotiation and documentation of contractual arrangements required by these teams, including: data processing agreements, non-disclosure agreements, agency agreements, among others.
Drafting agreements to support digital and social media activations, which include; Drafting app development and gamification agreements;
Drafting terms and conditions for the use of apps and participation in social media competitions and promotions;
Approval and processing of our Agreement to Standard Terms and supplier on-boarding forms.Requirements:
Qualified Lawyer (Solicitor, Legal Executive or European Qualification) and holds a current practising certificate in England & Wales, between NQ and 2 years PQE.
Experience in general commercial contracts with excellent drafting and negotiation skills
Up to date knowledge of relevant legislation.
Fluent command of English
