25 days holiday plus bank holidaysThe Junior Graphic Designer will support with the creation and design of the day-to-day design requirements for the marketing team.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the Group Senior graphic designer with projects.
Assist in conducting Group wide brand audits of visual elements to ensure brand compliance and consistency
Support the Senior Graphic Designer to work with various stakeholders to design and produce a wide range of print and digital marketing materials including brochures, guides, advertising, sales pitches, presentations, banners invitations, digital assets (inc. website and social media), giveaways, posters and flyers
Develop, modify or acquire images used for projects, with a strong competency for retouching and adjusting images in Adobe Photoshop
Support the quality and layout of library of documents, both updating of existing documents and production of new, through strict application of the Corporate Identity guidelines and version control
Produce corporate stationery, inc. business cards, letterheads, compliment slips. Ensuring all materials have the correct information and are in line with brand guidelines
Any other activity within the remit of graphic/creative design deemed necessary by the business
Assist Marketing Team with production and editing social media assets, in line with existing company brand and campaignsPerson Specification:
Degree in Graphic Design or similar preferable
Good understanding of Adobe Creative Suite (including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier Pro), PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
Basic understanding of web design technologies such as HTML
Basic understanding of print and production processes of printed materials and POS
Photography and videography skills would be beneficial
Experience with branding/rebranding is beneficial
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Able to manage time effectively and work to deadlines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
