The Business:

My client is a full service commercial printer based in the Birmingham area. The business was established in 1979 and have grown the company to over 120 employees & more than 35 machines. Who specialise in large format printing, digital and litho printing, print finishing, graphic design, direct mail, and fulfilment.

The Role:

Setting and running a variety of machinery,
Finishing carton production to the highest standards.
Producing and reviewing products against the prescribed quality standards/specification supplied.
Maintenance and general housekeeping of the equipment.
Ensuring all jobs are completed accurately and on time.The ideal Print Finisher:

Litho finishing
Folding, stitching & die cutting experience.
Have at least 2 years of experience on a Zund.
Be willing to undertake any training required.
Have a "can do" attitude.
Previous experience from a signage or print company.
Good interpersonal, communication and team work skills.
Able to maintain a clean and tidy workplace at all time.
Confidence to deal with difficult situations and to know when appropriate to seek guidance from the team.
Able to work under pressure.
