The Recruitment Group are on the look out for 3D Creative Designer for our client based in Lutterworth. We are looking for a creative, ambitious, and functional candidate.
As a 3D creative designer:
* Be responsible for running your own creative projects to deliver innovative and engaging concepts.
* Continually seek out opportunities to challenge, improve, and refine your compant creative execution. Identifying opportunities to push the creative development of projects by aiming for continually improving standards for yourself and the creative team.
* Ensuring the output to clients is both innovative and consistently of a high standard.
* Be a skilled communicator, able to tactfully challenge briefs and explain the implications and risks of different routes and decisions.
* Be present in relevant client-facing meetings to take briefs, present creative, and represent your company.
* Liaise between account managers, the wider studio team, and technical department to ensure successful delivery every time.
* Stay updated of current thinking and trends and provide guidance and inspiration for the wider team as well as our clients with a particular focus on retail trends, consumer behaviours, and strategy.
As a growing Middleweight Designer, you will also mentor more junior team members, and build partners internally across departments, working across all disciplines as an active team player.
You will be:
* Develop and demonstrate excellent listening and questioning skills, be a brilliant communicator.
* Have high standards. Take pride in the work, have an impeccable eye for detail.
* Work with junior designers and interns, acting as mentor and sounding board through the creative process, giving clear and direct feedback.
To be a 3D creative designer:
* A solid background of 5-8 years or more in retail and commercial design and a passion for brand storytelling and consumer insight is needed.
* Have knowledge of the manufacturing processes, fabrication techniques and construction technologies used in retail design and build.
* Have experience of working and liaising with contractors and manufacturers.
* Understand project pathways to ensure delivery of creative output to expected time frames.
