Cantello Tayler Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Senior Designer to join our client based in Windsor.
The successful Senior Designer will be responsible for:
Creation and development of product and packaging concepts
Creation of new brands and the development of existing trademarked brands
Taking initial briefs through the full design process from concept to delivery
Creation and application of designs to other marketing materials
3D Design and prototyping management with suppliers
Managing product development projects, include supplier liaison, working towards solving technical issues and proactively working on new materials, products, and development opportunities
Creation of presentation and mock-ups to present ideas
Training, coaching and mentoring junior team members
Taking and editing photos.
The Senior Designer will have:
Experience using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Adobe In-design and Acrobat Pro
Sketching and Illustration Ability
Ability to create mock-ups of packaging concepts
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence at all levels.
Demonstrable previous experience working within a demanding environment, liaising with senior stakeholders, and prioritising a busy workload.
