We are looking for an Store Manager for a fashion store in CORK. We are looking for a driven ambitious Assistant Manager or Store Manager to come on board who has proven experience in driving KPIs & delivering a world-class customer experience. You will be joining a diverse and transparent business which is long standing over the years in the Irish market, with over 20 plus stores across the NI and ROI region as well as a brand that is worldwide recognised. This companies stores have a sense of fun offering an engaging environment when entering their store providing each customers with a personal service.
Store Manager duties will include;
Managing the smooth operations and day-to-day running of this high profile store
Drive all KPIs such as sales, conversion, UPT
Ensure high calibre customer service at all times
Support & encourage the on-going development of your team through regular training and personal development plans
Analyse commercial reports such as best sellers and category reports to ensure the shop floor is reflective of the current market and VM standards are strong.
Working inline with company policies and procedures.
Regular in store auditing and maintaining your inventory results against business targets.
Opening and closing the store as a key holder.
Responsible recruitment and onboarding with the support of Area Management and the Head office Hr Teams. Whats on offer at Store Manager;
