Job Title: Customer Service and Web Production Assistant
Salary: Upto £22k
Location: Desborough
Contract type: Permanent/Full Time
Hours per week: Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm
This role is responsible for the Customer Service given to customers of our four Ecommerce websites, as well as assisting the Ecommerce Team with ad hoc administration work.
Your day to day;
Handling and resolving all customer queries by both email and telephone for four ecommerce websites to a very high standard.
Contacting customers to advise on any issues that may occur with their order.
Adhering to the company's policies and procedures at all times when assisting customers.
Problem solving and escalating any issues or complaints that arise to the Customer Service Executive to ensure they are dealt with efficiently.
Working closely with the Web Fulfilment Team in our Warehouses to help resolve any dispatch and return order issues and ensure the best service possible is given.
Supporting the Ecommerce team with ad hoc web production tasks such as re-sizing product imagery, data entry, market research, website testing and audits.

Proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook
