Konker is recruiting for Project Architects with Revit experience to join an independently run architectural practice based on the outskirts of Preston.
This is a fabulous chance to join a practice that has worked on some of the region’s most iconic and finest buildings.
Now, the practice works on projects locally, regionally, and nationally. They are based in a rural location working in a beautifully converted barn, with a relaxed and professional atmosphere along with free on-site parking.
Recently they have become an AJ 100 practice, which highlights their growth and success as a business over the last couple of years.
They provide architecture, interior design, and master-planning services to a wide range of clients, and they are known for being one of the leading architectural practices in the country for healthcare projects. They also work on education and commercial projects.
The practice uses the latest software, graphically, and computer technologies. All new projects that come into the practice are worked on in Revit and the practice operates within a BIM environment. Within them, there is 70 architectural staff of all different skill sets and experience.
The Role: Project Architect – Revit
Run your own projects
Producing feasibility studies
Opportunity to grow to an Associate level position
Work in a relaxed working environment
Producing technical drawings for each stage of the building process
Liaising with clients, contractors, and consultants The salary for this Architect position ranges from £30,000-£45,000 depending on previous experience.
