One of Xpertise clients are currently on the lookout for 2x Software Support / 2nd Line supports.

The successful candidate will be part of a 4 man team, reporting directly into the Head of IT. 

You will be supporting new and existing customer accounts and working closely with the team to ensure issues, requests and deliverables are completed to SLA's, with customer satisfaction being integral to the role. 

Tech Stack: 

IIS
SSIS
Azure
SQL Server
Scripting Experience: JavaScript, VB, Python and C# (Plus any others).
CAD experience – Desirable
