Experienced Project Architect required to spearhead a variety of projects within the Sports & Leisure sector project team for our award winning Architectural client based in Loughborough, Leicestershire.

Having garnered a reputation for delivering sustainable striking design concepts with a rich history spanning over 40 years, they currently boast a talented team of around 40 designers and Technologists across 2 offices. and are based regionally in a modern open plan studio within walking distance of a delightful semi-rural town with excellent local amenities and with the added benefit of free parking.

Due to a diverse and robust workload our client are now looking to add to their talented team of Architects. Required is an ARB registered Chartered Architect with at least 5-10 years post RIBA part 3 experience preferably with some previous exposure to projects within the Sports & Leisure sectors, along with added benefit of Education & Residential experience.

Requirements of the Project Architect:

RIBA/ARB Registered Architect with at least 5-10 years post qualification experience
Practical design experience within the Sports & Leisure sectors
An excellent approach and attitude toward high quality design solutions
Technically competent designer who has experience of projects from inception to completion
Ability to undertake sketch/feasibility schemes to assess site viability
IT literate in terms of all current computer packages and presentation software (AutoCAD, SketchUp and Photoshop, REVIT desirable)
Excellent hand-drawing, illustration and presentation skills
