Job Type : Permanent, Full Time

Salary : £6457 – £7534/month + medical + visa + flights

We are currently seeking a highly experienced and talented Senior Architect to join an award winning consultancy based in Dubai, UAE. This role involves leading the design and development of mixed-use and hotel projects across the Middle East and Africa, working closely with clients, contractors, and other design professionals.

Responsibilities:

Lead the design process for mixed-use and hotel projects from conception to completion, ensuring that all project requirements are met
Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, contractors, and other design professionals
Produce high-quality design documentation, including concept sketches, 3D visualizations, and construction drawings
Ensure compliance with relevant building codes and regulations
Manage project budgets and timelines, and provide regular progress updates to clients and stakeholders
Mentor and support junior architects within the team
Collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure that project requirements are metRequirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
At least 10 years of experience in architectural design, with a focus on mixed-use and hotel projects internationally
Experience leading teams and managing projects of large scales
Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other relevant software
Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of building codes and regulations
