A bit about the role
Every day really is different. But here’s some of the things you’ll be doing:
* Planning, managing and delivering projects from briefing through to delivery
* Being the day-to-day contact for your clients, keeping them up to date and responding to any queries in a friendly, professional and timely manner
* Building strong relationships with clients, suppliers and internal teams
* Working closely with your SAM or AD, as well as managing projects independently
* Managing multiple projects simultaneously, working to tight deadlines and effectively prioritising your workload
* Writing clear and concise briefs for your clients, in-house teams or external suppliers
* Conducting project kick-offs, briefings and update meetings
* Developing project proposal documents including project costings
* Keeping track of project costs against budget, managing POs and invoicing
* Developing and maintaining timing plans
* Keeping internal admin up to date including timesheets, project files and budget management systems
