Architectural Assistant (RIBA Part 2) to join a busy Multi-disciplinary studio here in the North-West in an exciting new role they have created to support their existing design team.
Our client are a true mainstay of within the Architectural scene here in the North-West of England. Their incredible flair for design has influenced hundreds of projects across a multitude of sectors. Right now could be one of their busiest periods ever. They need good, experienced heads on-board to offer design expertise and support their existing teams as they look to continue their excellent design work throughout the region.
The workload here primarily comprises the following sectors: Commercial, Industrial and Education sectors. It is completed to a high standard, primarily using the latest 3D REVIT software. It is important that candidates are able to demonstrate a good level of technical ability alongside a passion and flair for design.

We are hoping for the Architectural Assistant to meet [most of] the following criteria:
Degree Qualified to RIBA Part 2 level.
Minimum of 1 years post-qualification experience (UK-based essential).
Sector knowledge/experience preferred: Education, Commercial or Industrial.
REVIT & AutoCAD experience is important. Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Sketchup would be beneficial.
Ability to communicate ideas and present them amongst peers.
To have a flair & passion for design alongside robust technical skills.
