We are a fulfilment warehouse who works and operates customer service for lots of different UK based clothing brands with many well know clients.
We are a fast growing 3PL that specialises in direct to consumer and business to business order fulfilment. We have been trading for 6 years and in that time we have opened three warehouses and work with around 100 different brands. Our overriding aim is to add value to our brands and take care of all of their logistics operations so they can focus on all the bits they are great at. We are currently managing the logistics and fulfilment operations for brands of well-known clients.
Your Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our business as a Client Account Manager to work in our Hounslow warehouse. As a client account manager you will provide a high level of customer support through both telephone and email to the fulfilment clients you are responsible for, understand their unique requirements & form great relationships with them. The key responsibilities of the role will include:
Resolving day to day queries that arise
Ensuring all SLAs are being kept too
Work closely with Warehouse Team Leaders to facilitate smooth running of your accounts
Managing inbound shipments and having the system ready for the goods in team to scan the products into inventory
Communicating with couriers for any problems that may arise
Provide a high level of feedback to your brands to enhance their operationsAbout You
MS Office skills, particularly Outlook and Excel
Good standard of both written and verbal communication
Ability to build relationships with customers
Previous experience in either Customer Service or Account Management
Be able to demonstrate that you work in a methodical and organised manner
Ideally previous knowledge of logistics/distributionThe ideal candidate
Excellent organisational skills, the ability to multitask, plenty of initiative, and attention to detail
Self-starter, able to work with minimal supervision
Has initiative, constantly looking for ways to improve current methods and processes
Good communication skills across all levels of business
Keen to learn and work within a friendly team
