SALES ASSOCIATE, LONDON Role:
Sales Associate, London. Role Information: Full Time, 40 hours p/w. 5-day working rota over 7, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
The Description: We are looking for a bright, positive individual to join our retail team. Applicants will have experience working within luxury retail, have an eye for detail and be driven by achieving sales through excellent customer care. Experience within Menswear and / or Womenswear would be a distinct advantage. The successful candidate will engage in all aspects of the day to day running of the store. A good standard of written and spoken English is essential.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Sales & Customer Service
* Develop and nurture relationships with new and existing customers
* Demonstrate product knowledge and continually look for ways to expand on this
* Effective use of the customer profile function
Retail Standards
* Help to ensure the highest retail standards are apparent at all times, front and back of house.
* Assisting with daily replenishment deliveries Requirements
* Minimum experience, working within the (luxury) retail sector
* Experience of Made to Measure would be a distinct advantage
* Fluent in English, written and spoken
* Good time keeping is essential
