To be successful and thrive in this role…
* Capabilities must involve the ability to design and develop company product catalogues, magazine adverts and brochures, promotional leaflets, direct mailers etc.
* Events and exhibition material, adverts and exhibition panel artwork along with support material
* Digital and social media creation, images, Gifs, website assets, digital marketing, e-shots etc.
* Strive for excellence and define standards across all printing and digital channels
* Ability to communicate to key stakeholders and manage expectations effectively
* Hold a minimum of 5 years’ graphic design experience acquired either in-house or agency-side
* Technical proficiency – extensive knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Action Illustrator and Photoshop
* Understand the difference between marketing to Trade businesses (B2B) and Consumers (B2C) as the role requires both elements
