Our client is looking for a Midweight Project/Production Manager

The Role:
Reporting into our Head of Project Management you would be part of our world class team in a challenging, exciting and creative environment. You will have the opportunity to work with great brands on interesting projects; bringing our work to life in our on-site workshop within a very short space of time.

Who exactly are we looking for?
We’re looking for a confident, fast and highly organised Project/Production Manager who has a hunger for facilitating the creation of inspiring industry leading work.

Ideal Experience:

* 3+ years experience in a similar role

* Industry player with client facing experience

* Strong understanding of production processes

* Strong IT skills – in particular excel & google sheets. Synergist is a plus

* Organisational master

* Excellent communication skills

* Problem solving skills

* Leadership qualities and a hunger to deliver the best results

Skills & Responsibilities:

* Managing multiple small – medium projects

* Typically Managing annual project budgets of approx £600,000 – £800,000

* Managing your own client relationships, working closely with your Head of Department and Directors to nurture them

* Main point of contact for clients, managing expectations internally and externally throughout the lifecycle of a project

* Project planning, quoting, forecasting and reporting. Ensuring your projects are delivered on time and on budget

* Project workflow from concept design, through to fabrication and installation

* Collaborating with in-house Production teams bring projects to life to the highest standards

* Managing and growing external supplier relationships to outsource production as and when needed

* Confidence in quality control, ensuring clients high standards of execution are met

* Planning and executing installations both in the UK and overseas

* Overseeing every detail of a project from finish to logistics – you will be the person who knows the answers, or where to find them

* Training and nurturing more junior team members

Location:
We currently work a hybrid model; 3 days a week from our London studio and 2 flexible days.

Our normal working hours are 9am – 6pm but flexible working hours and days are available.
