Salary : £35000 – £80000/annum commission, initials comms guarantee

Four Seasons Recruitment are expanding! We are looking for a Temporaries Consultant to join our Head Office function on a new desk, specialising in placing temporary roles across Merchandising, Finance, Marketing, Business Support and more…any role that sits under a Head Office remit within Fashion & Retail. We are open to level and title so whatever your temporary experience, I'd love to talk to you. 

Four Seasons already have a fantastic Temporary Retail division and there is a huge market for Head Office, we need someone who is ready to build the desk, with support from the rest of the business of course. 

We appreciate building a new desk takes time and so we will offer a guarantee commission period for the right candidate. FSRL partner with a range of luxury, premium and high street brands from larger groups to smaller start ups and each of us thoroughly enjoy our roles and the company we work for. What the role will look like:

Identifying and creating a Business Development strategy
Registering temporary candidates and ensuring compliant
Nurture relationships with potential clients,
Proactive Business Development
Build your brand as the go to Temporary specialist within Fashion and Retail
Our offices are based in the West End, you'll be provided with a laptop and mobile phone as well as having a desk. We do offer some flexible working however at the start it would be ideal to want to be predominantly office based – this is something that can be discussed.
