Hiring a Sr. Creative Delivery Head – director level design talent to accelerate the growth our global creative teams and drive forward the creative vision. You'll have a strong agency or corporate portfolio having worked for a large blue chip or agency in a senior design capacity, preferably as Head of Creative Delivery. Recent experience working with globally distributed teams would be an advantage.

You'll need the ability to communicate your creative concepts and ideas effectively to our stakeholders and customers and tailor your ideas to suit the various media, industries, sectors and functional areas of the businesses you'll be designing for.

The role will be an integral part at almost every stage in our creative process, from taking the brief, brain-storming and concept definition to production and initial proofing. You will have daily interactions with global teams and customers and will coach and manage end to end creative production using globally distributed creative teams. This role will require 'hands-on' design to set the bar and model good practice.

The role holder will:

Work with business leaders, marketing professionals, creatives, partner agencies, sales and bid directors to develop content from concept to customer
Set creative direction and assure the quality of production
As part of a senior team, lead global delivery
Work as part of the Senior Creative team to cover service XLA's and SLA's
Develop and implement concepts for creative campaigns and oversee to completion
Lead team brainstorming and creative sessions to generate ideas and direct the team
Nurture talent and manage performance and professional development of the creative team

Essential Skills

Strong creative background
High degree of literacy
Advanced level skills in Microsoft Office 365 and Adobe Creative Suite and applications. You are confident, proficient and fast in the use of software.
Agency disciplines of time and client management
Excellent eye for detail.
An exceptional portfolio of high-quality creative work
Proven experience of managing and leading creatives
Multi-skilled in content creation, digital design and branding Desirable Skills
