Design and Sales Consultant
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £25000 – £28000/annum 28 days holiday inc BH
Design and Sales Consultant required for my client based near to Greenwich, London.
The successful design and sales consultant will be supporting the project and design team on company awning solutions. They will be key in making sure customers received exactly what they have ordered as quickly as possible.
Design and Sales Consultant Position Overview
Tracking open projects ensuring they are passed over to manufacture within strict time limits from date of payment.
Liaising with clients to complete find missing information or confirm detail within an order.
Checking surveys and drawings to ensure that manufacturing sizes are correct.
Creating manufacturing and installation documents, using the information provided from the sales consultants, to be passed on to our operations team.
Checking invoices against an order, to ensure that all projects have been priced correctly.
Updating and managing of documents and activities in both our CRM and Dropbox systems.
Managing Holiday and Sickness of the Design and Sales teams through our HR Portal.
Recording and managing sales team equipment including cars, mobile phones, swatch books, survey equipment.
Processing and checking commissions and expenses for director approval.
Design and Sales Consultant Position Requirements
Project management experience (dealing with multiple small projects at one time)
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Particularly with Excel and Outlook)
Comfortable talking with people of varying levels, liaising with Directors, Managers and Staff members from multiple different companies.
Experience with CRM systems.
Some installation / manufacturing and design knowledge.
Experience within awnings is beneficial.

Design and Sales Consultant Position Remuneration
Salary – £25,000 to £28,000 – dependent upon experience.
Full time position.
Holiday package.
