Are you an agency Account Manager looking for a great opportunity with a Milton Keynes based agency? I am partnering with a brilliant communications and design agency that creates content across print and digital for some incredible household names. They are looking for an organised and proactive Account Manager to join their team and become the linchpin between key clients and internal creative teams whilst developing potential new business opportunities. This role is a permanent, full-time hybrid role with 2 to 3 days a week based in Milton Keynes with flexible working hours.

This agency works from a fantastic contemporary space in the centre of Milton Keynes, only a short walk from the train station and with car parking on site as well. They are looking for someone to be an integral part of their team and develop with them over the long term.
The Role
As Account Manager, you will be the supporting linchpin between the agency's clients and the design and editorial teams, helping to keep projects on track and making sure they are delivered to the original brief. You will be liaising closely with the client, so experience in communicating confidently and building lasting, positive relationships with both colleagues and external contacts is vital.
An important part of this role will be identifying and developing business growth opportunities both with existing and new clients, so commercial acumen and understanding will be needed.
About You
* An existing Account Manager or potentially an Account Executive looking for their next step up
* Ability to build successful, lasting relationships with internal teams and external clients
* Ideally, have experience scoping projects and obtaining quotes
* Project management experience or in a role with similar transferrable skills
* Commercial acumen to spot opportunities and develop new business
* Willingness to work across a variety of mediums including print and digital
* Process-driven, organised and methodical with an attention to detail
* Positive and proactive problem solver, providing solutions and welcoming new challenges
* Excellent communicator – verbal, written and face-to-face
