An exciting new POS Structural Designer role has arisen within our client's business. We are seeking a POS Structural Designer to design, develop and produce accurate CAD drawings and prototypes for one of Europe's leading Point of Sale Printers.

So, what could a normal day consist of?
* Ensure all briefs are executed within clients requirements
* Provide Account Management teams with accurate CAD drawings, assembly instructions, planograms and prototypes
* Provide the client with a competitive advantage through innovation
* Attend client, supplier and internal meetings as required
* Ensure up-to-date understanding of production processes and limitations

The successful candidate for this POS Structural Designer role should have an excellent understanding of POS and print production & packaging knowledge. A good understanding of Photoshop, Illustrator and any other Adobe creative cloud software is essential in this role, and you must demonstrable an ability to design independently from concept through to production. Experience helping companies place FSDU Units free standing display units is essential.
What do you want from me?
To be considered for this POS Structural Designer role, you will need the following experience:

In store display (retail) experience – ESSENTIAL
*
A minimum of 5 years of experience within the POS marketplace
*
Working knowledge of cardboard, corrugated materials and manufacturing process
*
Highly proficient in Kasemake CAD software, Photoshop, and other Adobe software
*
Ability to produce tangible ideas and creative solutions to design briefs quickly and accurately
*
Experience of using other materials such as Dufaylite /PVC etc
