They are seeking an experienced New Product Developer who can help them source new product ideas, develop them, and work on the packaging design. New Product Developer – the job
* Manage the entire product development process, from ideation to on-shelf delivery
* Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure that all aspects of product development are on track
* Source new product ideas and develop them to meet company standards
* Source general products from the Far East
* Manage costings, negotiations, 3D sampling, tooling, and approvals
* Create packaging designs that meet the company's brand standards
New Product Developer – the fit
* Bachelor’s Degree in product design
* Previous experience in a product design environment
* Good knowledge of the product design process and an understanding of licensing
* Excellent attention to detail
* Strong proficiency in Excel, Word, and email
* Ability to work to a strict critical path
