Smile Education – Northwest is working with a reputable Multi-Academy Trust who need a Design and Technology Teacher / Cover Supervisor to join them immediately for the summer term.
We are looking for an energetic, passionate, and dedicated KS3/4 Teacher to jump into this very creative and influential role!
Cover Supervisors are also able to apply- QTS is not essential.
This secondary school is incredibly, diverse and engaging – there has been lots of new developments across the school to help modernise children’s learning.

This role will be full time, for the duration of the summer term – part time candidates will still be considered.
The successful candidate will be expected to fulfil all aspects of the teaching role including planning, marking, completing reports, parents evening and data collections. You will join a staff body who are fun, dedicated, hardworking and professional, who will work together to support you in reaching your potential.
The successful candidate must have:
QTS/PGCE Qualification
2 education-based references
Experience within D&T is essential
A passion for teaching
Good approach to behaviour management
A determined, hard-working attitude
