Salary : £35000 – £40000/annum

About the role:

Collaborate with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to develop project briefs and design proposals
Able to interpret data and turn it into Planning or Landscape strategies
Prepare and present design concepts and detailed designs, including hand drawings, technical packages and visuals
Coordinate with team members, including external consultants
Conduct site analysis and prepare site reports, including feasibility studies and environmental impact assessments using ArcGIS and other relevant tools
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards, trends, and best practices
About the candidate:

Degree in Landscape Architecture or related field
Working towards Pathway to Chartership or already Chartered
Strong experience in all stages of a project is desired
Professional experience in public realm projects such as parks, public squares etc.
Excellent design skills, with experience in delivering planning and landscape strategy
Proficient in relevant software, including AutoCAD, Vectorworks, ArcGIS and the Adobe Creative Suite
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders
Knowledge of relevant legislation, including planning policies and environmental regulations
Excellent command of English, both verbal and written.
