We are seeking a motivated Nursery Assistant to join our team at Empowering Learning. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children, excellent communication skills, and a positive and enthusiastic attitude. Responsibilities:
Assist in the daily care of children, ensuring their physical, emotional, and developmental needs are met
Create a safe and stimulating environment for children to learn and play
Assist in planning and implementing age-appropriate activities and experiences for children
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of children's progress and development
Communicate regularly with parents and families to build strong partnerships and ensure their involvement in their child's learning and development
Follow all policies and procedures in accordance with state regulations and licensing requirementsRequirements:
Previous experience working with young children preferred
Ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
Strong organizational and time-management skills
