As a Senior Architect with this company, you will be working on RIBA Stages 0-3, establishing innovative layout designs and leading the planning application process. You will also provide design direction throughout the technical stage and beyond.
Senior Architect Requirements
ARB/RIBA Chartered Architect
Extensive experience in UK Residential Sector – Min 5 years
Proficiency with AutoCAD & Revit
Experience as Lead consultant
Client/consultant liaison skills
Working knowledge of UK Building systems, regulations, and construction types
