Mid Weight Interior Designer

Salary : £30000 – £35000/annum
A Mid Weight Interior Design job is now available with a boutique studio based in South West London. The successful candidate will be integral to the design process, working on high-end residential projects in the UK from start to completion.
With a classic and timeless aesthetic, our client prides itself on their impeccable attention to detail. With a growing portfolio of projects, they are currently looking for an all-rounder, who is passionate and enthusiastic about all-things design, to join their friendly team. This position would suit a proactive designer with strong multitasking abilities who is looking to learn and expand their experience in the luxury residential sector.
Role & Responsibilities
– Working on all stages of luxury residential projects, closely with the Director
– Producing proposals and presentations
– Working on architectural detailing and all aspects of interior architecture
– FF&E including selection, specification, design and procurement
– Liaising with suppliers, contractors and third parties
– Carrying out site surveys.
Required Skills & Experience
– 3+ years' UK experience working on high-end residential projects
– Good all-round abilities and experience
– Experienced and confident in running projects from concept to installation
– Strong FF&E and materials knowledge including procurement and ability to liaise directly with suppliers
– Good interior architecture experience including the production of technical drawings, elevations and bespoke joinery
– Site surveys experience
– Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office. Knowledge of EstiMac preferable but not essential.
Salary & Package
– £30,000 – £35,000
– Hybrid work set-up.
