This small, close-knit organisation work on a variety of projects ranging from extensions and conversions through to prestigious bespoke homes and luxury apartments.
We are looking for motivated Architectural Technicians who would be happiest exposed to all stages of a project and fully involved throughout – working on a number of projects at any one time. As such, you will need to be organised, have good communication skills and work well under pressure.
Opportunities exist from graduate level right through to senior positions as the company look to build on their previous successes and begin to really ramp up operations!
Role Responsibilities:
Working on residential projects designing schemes for planning permission.
Producing construction drawings for a variety of technically challenging projects.
Working with other architectural technicians and engineers within the company.
Communicating with clients and attending design meetings and site visits.
Liaising with external consultants and technical specialists.
Architectural Technician Requirements:
Relevant degree qualification
AutoCAD proficiency
Good understanding of building construction.
Experience on residential projects is highly beneficial
Capable of collaborating with clients and other professionals.
