Marketing and Design Coordinator

Salary :
Our global client is currently seeking a Marketing and Design Coordinator to join their friendly team on a permanent basis. The Marketing and Design Coordinator will be responsible for bespoke requests from customers and providing support to the wider team in the activation of marketing and communication initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
* The Marketing and Design Coordinator will manage bespoke marketing & merchandising requests, from the initial point of contact to the creation of designs and final delivery
* Development/adaptation of designs, production & timely delivery – in collaboration with the Creative Designer (design, production)
* Design updates to existing assets (including brochures, leaflets, and manuals)
* Prepare and design final presentation content using PowerPoint for use in presenting the brand and its products both internally and externally (for customers, training, agency briefs and beyond)
* Oversee the POS and marketing collateral with the Events and Communications Exec (research new items, request quotes, raise Purchase Orders etc.)
Key Skills and Experience:
* Experience with Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat, Illustrator
* PowerPoint experience is essential
* Organised with good attention to detail
* Ability to work within a small team and willing to handle a wide range of task
