Senior Architect
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £45000 – £50000/annum
Eden Brown are working in partnership with an award-winning building consultancy, seeking a Senior Architect to onboard to a thriving team.
The role will involve working on Residential, Education, Blue light (police, fire and ambulance) and focus predominantly on RIBA 4-6 with the possibility of hybrid working.
Responsibilities include:
* Operate on a flexible basis in a Group environment to fulfil the project team's obligations.
* Take responsibility for implementation of a BIM Management System comprising procedures, practices, tools and templates necessary to comply with BIM Level 2.
* Provide training, support and mentoring to facilitate the protocol delivery of the BIM Management System.
* Lead on use, deployment and assessment of REVIT Architecture in relation to BIM Management System.
* Design, draw and compute, as required.
* Take the lead in large and complex projects.
Requirements:
* Fully qualified Architect belonging to the ARB, RIBA.
* Expert use of Revit.
* Detailed experience of managing projects in a BIM Level 2 environment.
