Senior Design Manager

Salary : £55000 – £500000/annum
This multi-award-winning Studio are known worldwide for designing sophisticated, contemporary interiors at the height of luxury, in locations across the globe. They are looking for a Senior Design Manager, with expertise in Interior Architecture to join their team in London.

Having completed thousands of projects over the last few decades, this Studio have built a reputation of excellence, designing exclusive residences, hotels, and luxury transport in air and on sea.
This unique role offers the opportunity to become an integral member of the business, as you will be ensuring the successful design and delivery of projects, working closely with Project Directors to oversee the work of the Interior Architecture team. You will be responsible for the co-ordination and production of concepts, schematic and detailed design packages, and ensuring that the quality of the deliverables and project programme are met.
In addition, key experience you must have for this Senior Design Manager role:
Qualification in Architecture, or Architectural Technology
Minimum of 8 years' experience in Interior Architecture, with at least 5 on luxury projects
Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD and SketchUp, with BIM project experience and Enscape highly desirable
Good understanding of construction process, space planning and ergonomics
Proven project management skills, client communication skills and team leadership skills.You must be a proactive, solutions-focussed individual, committed to supporting a team, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
