The Role – Interior Design Stylist / Project Coordinator
Reporting to the Sales and Marketing Director and working under the direction of the Senior Interior Designer, you’ll organise and project manage the installation and fit out of interior design requirements for a range of 1, 2, and 3-bedroom show apartments, show offices, and communal areas across all our retirement communities. Your duties will include although not be limited to:
* Supporting the Senior Interior Designer to ensure that all design requirements are fulfilled
* Styling and displaying products to enhance and improve interior space functionality (arranging furniture, furnishing, artwork and décor)
* Ensuring stock is maintained, delivered and reported accurately
* Monitoring the timeline between construction and marketing to ensure all interior requirements are ready for launch and opening dates
* Managing and tracking specifications for show apartments and communal areas for each scheme
* Setting up and managing a mood board / samples specification of each show home and communal areas
* Liaising with the Buying team to ensure all items have been ordered correctly and will be delivered on time
* Processing ad hoc orders that cannot be ordered through the Buying team, ensuring that all receipts and costs are tracked
* Cross checking all marketing suite deliveries to ensure all orders have been fulfilled accurately
Our Requirements – Interior Design Stylist / Project Coordinator
* Experience gained in a similar interior design / soft furnishing / show home stylist role
* A creative flair, with an eye for detail
* Good project coordination and problem-solving skills
* An open, proactive, and collaborative attitude
* Excellent organisational, time management and communication skills
* Flexibility to work additional hours / days during launch phases
The Package
* Permanent contract
* Salary up to £34,000 FTE (pro rata – salary shown is based on 37.5 hours per week) with the level dependent on experience
* Working 22.5 hours per week over 3 days. Core working days are Wednesday and Thursday, and some flexibility may be available with the remaining day worked. Core working hours are between 9am and 5pm
* Working from our offices in Congleton (Cheshire), combined with travelling to our retirement communities during launch phase
* 20.5 days annual leave inclusive of bank holidays

A certain amount of flexibility is available with start and finish times, although building launch deadlines will need to be prioritised, and flexibility will be required to work additional paid days during launch week.
