ROLE
There has been a dramatic increase of demand on Bespoke manual order processing, it is higher than the current resource capacity, in addition to increased seasonal demand being placed and sampling support.
JOB PURPOSE The Supply Chain Assistant actively assists the sourcing team in their execution of supply chain strategy, raw materials procurement and management and overall coordination of the department. Our successful candidate will have experience in a similar role, with a focus on product or materials management. The role is best suited to someone who is process oriented, enjoys data management, analytical and who thrives in a fast paced environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Monitoring and maintaining accuracy of data within the system.
Raising vendor POs for every market and follow closely PO related admin: ordering swing tickets, care labels etc.
Creating planners, following up deliveries with vendors and running weekly SAP delivery reports.
Preparing data on both a routine and ad hoc basis, in order to ensure that any issues that may affect on-time delivery of goods are raised at the earliest opportunity.
SAP Housekeeping tasks as required.
Supporting Bespoke order processing.
Reporting.PERSONAL PROFILE
Experience in Production/Manufacturing desirable.
Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office package, particularly Excel.
Knowledge of SAP desirable.
The ability to work well under pressure and enjoying working in a fast paced environment.
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multi-task.
Ability to demonstrate excellent attention to detail.
