Conrad Consulting are supporting a medium-sized studio in Glasgow as they look to recruit 2 Architects to join their busy practice.
Following a series of successful new projects commissioned to the studio, there is an opportunity for 2 people to join this thriving business and take real ownership of these schemes at an exciting time in their development.

Responsibilities:
Design and develop drawings and 3D models for new-build Residential and Commercial projects
Manage and coordinate the project from initial conception to completion
Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders involved in the project
Ensure compliance with building regulations and local planning policies
Provide technical expertise and guidance to other team members
Assist in the preparation of tender submissionsRequirements:
RIBA/ARB qualification in Architecture
Minimum of 5 years of experience working in an Architectural practice
Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp
Strong design skills and ability to communicate ideas visually
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong technical knowledge – Experience in developing Stage 3 & 4 detailed packages.
Knowledge of UK building regulations and local planning policies
