As the demand for our expertise continues to grow, we now have an opportunity for an experienced Associate Architect to join our 40+ strong skilled Architectural team.
We champion flexible, part time and hybrid working with meetings at our idyllic headquarters based in the grounds of Blenheim Palace – Oxford.
Role Info:
Associate Architect (Chartered)
Hybrid working / Oxford HQ – c3 days per week
£70,000 – £75,000 + 10% Bonus

We are an AJ100 architecture practice and a significant part of a multi-disciplinary design practice. Our design portfolio is world class, and we are currently working on several exciting new projects including F1 Teams’ headquarters, advanced manufacturing, science, education, defence and workplace projects which results in a diverse, growing, and exciting practice.
We work across the UK and internationally, where we both design and deliver a range of projects in terms of scale and sector.
We are known for our collaborative and consultative approach, integrated multi-disciplinary design philosophy and technical excellence. We pride ourselves in applying these skills when designing and delivering environments to enhance human activities and experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Leading and delivering all RIBA Stages for £10-£50M projects with a team of assistants
+ Showing great leadership skills, inspiring the team and organising project deliverables
+ Leading presentations to the client and project team
+ Upholding professional values of the company
About you:
+ Experience of managing a team of newly qualified architects and assistants
+ Developing and maintaining new and existing business opportunities
+ Excellent concept design and graphical presentation skills
+ Revit and technical detailing skills are essential
+ Client fronting and leadership expertise
+ Driving licence required for site visits
