Hours of work: 37 hours per week, 5 days
Applicants should be able to demonstrate of the following skills/experience:
* Holds a high-level engineering qualification.
* Skilled in AUTOCAD/RASTERCAD.
* Will have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Word, and Excel.
* Strong attention to detail, ensuring high standards are maintained through all Station Drawings.
* Confident communication skills – written and verbal, dealing with stakeholders at all levels.
Role information:
* Amendment, review, issue and distribution of Drawings via AMS/CDMS.
* Updating/distribution hard copy documents station wide.
* Analysis, interpretation and presentation of information to support the Document Management Process.
* Ad hoc administration to support Document Management/Drawing Office Operations.
