Salary : £28000 – £35000/annum 29 days, free parking, pension
Francesca’s Recruitment is looking for a Graphic Designer / Marketing Person. This is a permanent role in a key working company based in Rotherham.
* Location – Rotherham
* Salary – £28,000 -£35,000 plus Bonus

* Hours Monday – Friday 8am- 4.30pm
We are looking for a highly creative graphic designer to join our fast-growing company. You will be working alongside our team to develop the company's brand through media such as web, social media, packaging, labels, POS, posters, leaflets, publication adverts, exhibitions and brochures. The role will be varied but predominantly the successful candidate will provide graphic design support to help develop new marketing campaigns and promotions.
Graphic Designer / Marketing Person Required skills
* Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
* Able to come up with initial concepts and see through to completion
* A sharp eye for detail and a strong creative flair
* Able to work independently and as part of a team
* A strong work ethic and ability to meet deadlines
* Drawing / Visualizing skills would be an advantage
* Good typography skills
* Knowledge of social media, print and web would also be an advantage
* After effects / Premier Pro / Video Editing desirable, not essential
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
* A good understanding of design to print and packaging design is required
* A strong portfolio
* Good organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks
* As the position is office based a full driving licence and own vehicle is essential
Graphic Designer / Marketing Person Key responsibilities:
* Graphic creation of promotional material across all marketing channels
* Art working and updating existing files when required
* Working with marketing to come up with creative concepts
* Collaborating with the CEO to ensure a common vision & consistent branding
* Ensuring that design projects are supported to remain within deadlines
* Keeping up to date with design and multimedia trends
* Liaising with external parties like printers to support the marketing function
* Product photography when required
