Senior Architectural Technologist

Conrad Consulting are looking for a Senior Architectural Technologist to join one of Birmingham's largest and most successful practices!
Due to an influx in workload, in particular Residential projects, a Senior Architectural Technologist is required to join this award winning practice. Duties include running your own projects whilst leading a small team of Junior Architectural Technologists, producing high quality drawing packages and attending client/site visits.
Requirements of the Senior Architectural Technologist include:
Degree qualified Architectural Technologist or equivalent
Experience in the Residential sector in particular would be looked upon favourably, especially large scale residential development experience.
Thorough knowledge of Revit software would be highly desirable for this position
Comfortable working at RIBA stages 3-6
The practice pride themselves on developing high quality schemes predominantly throughout the Midlands region, but do have a number of projects running nationwide. They are in an enviable location and with close public transport links, this opportunity can be accessible to those travelling from outside of Birmingham city centre. An aspect of travel may be included in the position, so a full UK driving license and access to a car would be highly desirable.
A lucrative salary in the region of £38,000 – £45,000 per annum (dependant on experience) and an attractive benefits package will be on offer to the successful candidate.
