Salary Up to £30k DOE and rising up to £32k after 6 months' probation

Job Role

Running a team of 5 Print Operators based in the UK factory in Alton, including a lead Print Operator.
Operating Large Format printers Epson and HP Latex using a variety of different substrates such as paper and canvas.
Using Onyx and Caldera RIP software.
Running Swissq flatbed printer with a variety of different substrates including acrylic, dibond and foils.
Scheduling workload and maintain SLS and quality.
After 6 month probation and increase in salary you will take on the responsibility of 2 operators in the US.

Minimum Experience Required

Managing / supervising a team. You may be a lead printer looking for that next step in your career.
Experience of operating large format printers – ideally HP Latex, Epson and SwissQ.
Knowledge of RIP software – Ideally Onyx and Caldera.
Attending production meeting, scheduling jobs and quality control.
