Salary £26k-£30k DOE
Due to growth and increased work load my client based in St Albans is looking for a young, hungry individual who can help manage clients and support the Project Managers.
Responsibilities
Build strong relationships with direct clients and client agencies
Represent the company in a professional manner in all Client contact
Understand the Clients marketplace
Take client briefs and upload jobs to systems
Providing quotes & estimates on jobs
Chase invoices and POs.
Be able to set expectations and deliver effectively against them
On-going project status information to Manager / ClientKey Roles
Ensure the company delivers against Client SLAs
Interpret and communicate project brief to internal teams
Build client store allocation matrices and gain client sign off
Communicate / maintain project plan and timings to all parties
Communicate logistics / overs to thirds party locations
Ensure all jobs are invoiced once delivered
Estimate jobsMinimum Requirements:
Large format print industry knowledge essential – 1-3 years preference
Microsoft Excel – to an intermediate standard at least
Microsoft Office Suite
Articulate and highly organised
Excellent Communicator
