Do you have a keen eye for design and a knack for turning creative concepts into visually appealing artwork? My client is looking for a Packaging Designer to join their team on a full time permanent full time basis. The ideal candidate will have previous experience designing packaging.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the creative team to understand design concepts and briefs, ensuring accurate interpretation and implementation of ideas.
Utilise industry-standard software, such as Adobe Creative Suite, to create and modify artwork, layouts, and designs.
Prepare print-ready files, ensuring accurate colour management, image resolution, and format specifications.
Proofread and review artwork for accuracy, ensuring it meets brand guidelines and project requirements.
Collaborate with production teams to ensure efficient workflow and timely delivery of final assets.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of design outputs.
Requirements:
Proven experience within similar role, with a portfolio showcasing your creative skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
Strong knowledge of print production processes and file preparation for various outputs.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, effectively communicate ideas, and take constructive feedback.
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
A keen eye for detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency in all design work.
Flexibility and adaptability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
