Brookwood are partnering with a leading architectural visualisation company that specializes in creating breath-taking visual experiences for a diverse range of architectural projects. The team is composed of highly skilled creatives who are dedicated to delivering outstanding visuals that bring architectural designs to life. The successful candidate’s primary responsibility will be to utilise skills in Houdini to develop intricate visual effects, simulations, and animations that will help to display and accentuate the renders.
Responsibilities:
Utilise your proficiency in Houdini to develop complex visual effects, simulations, and animations.
Collaborate with a team of artists and designers to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality results.
Experiment with various techniques and approaches to enhance visual effects.
Optimize and troubleshoot Houdini assets and workflows to ensure efficiency.
Communicate effectively with team members, providing progress updates, sharing ideas, and seeking feedback when needed.
Requirements:
Proven experience using Houdini in a professional environment.
Strong proficiency in creating visual effects, simulations, and animations using Houdini's full range of tools and features.
Solid understanding of physics-based simulations, procedural workflows, and dynamics within Houdini.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to optimize workflows to meet project deadlines.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
BONUS: Previous experience in architectural visualisation or a strong interest in the field
