Fine Art Logistics Coordinator
At least 3 – 5 years experience
Responsible for the efficient and cost effective handling, transport and installation / de-installation of client's fine art, delivering a high level of client service, meeting the requirements of every job and managing/developing a team of fine art drivers, technicians and storage personnel.
* Oversee the team of fine art specialists responsible for all elements of collecting, transportation, and delivery for Tuplin Fine Art.
* Establish high standards for client service and safety for all employed and subcontracted Tuplin drivers and art technicians, and take the required coaching and training to ensure standards are reached.
* Organise the daily work schedules of all drivers and subcontracted drivers to maximise utilisation and minimise costs.
* Work closely with the Storage and Facilities Manager on any assignments requiring the delivery or pickup of client artwork from Tuplin storage facilities.
* Deliver great customer service while adhering to Tupin Fine Art policies and the time, quality, and safety standards of each task as agreed upon with the client.
* Ensure that all necessary safety precautions are taken when handling and moving objects, including the use of tools and specialised handling methods for heavy objects.
Keep both the interior and outside of all Tuplin vehicles neat and presentable.* Work together with the transport manager to assist the administration of the fleet of vehicles and the conduct of all drivers and art technicians.
* Carry out proactive duties and those that are required to help Tuplin Fine Art run smoothly and offer suggestions for improvement.
