We are currently partnered with a leading London Workplace Interior Design & Build company specialising in creating innovative and inviting spaces that inspire their clients. With a commitment to excellence and a passion for "out of the box" thinking, the studio consistently deliver exceptional results to a diverse range of clients across the UK and Europe.
This is a role of great importance to the business, offering fantastic growth opportunities and career development. You will be working collaborating in a supportive, small team of highly talented Graphic Designers and collaborate closely with the Interior Designers, Marketing and leadership team.
Key Responsibilities:
– Prepare compelling Request for Proposal (RFP) documents that effectively communicate our vision and capabilities.
– Crafting and curating mesmerising pitch proposal documents that leave clients awestruck, both in vibrant print and captivating digital formats.
– Showcase your exceptional illustrative skills by developing visually appealing graphics and artwork.
– Collaborate closely with the marketing and design teams to ensure consistent branding across all materials.
– Create engaging content that aligns with brand identity and resonates with the target audience.
– Manage multiple projects simultaneously, whilst still delivery unique and tailored design.
– Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, bringing fresh ideas and innovative concepts to the table.
Requirements:
– Proven experience in designing and assembling pitch proposal documents, RFPs, and creating content.
– A solid portfolio that demonstrates your creativity, design skills, and ability to translate ideas into visually compelling materials.
– Excellent illustrative skills, with the ability to create visually stunning graphics and artwork.
– Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
– Strong attention to detail and the ability to produce accurate and error-free work.
– Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively collaborate with a diverse cross-functional team.
– European languages are a bonus: French/German
HYBRID WORKING: The company currently operates on a 3/2 (Office/Home) hybrid working week. N.B: This role would not be suitable to some based outside of the UK or looking for fully remote work.
