Customer Service & Membership Advisor

We are working with a high-profile professional institute to find them bright and switched on candidates to join their membership services team.
If you have confidence, excellent communication skills and customer service experience, then we would like to hear from you. This would be a great opportunity to develop your career and office administration skills while working as part of a friendly and busy department. You’ll handle a high volume of queries and requests from members so being able to multi-task and prioritise will be key.
You’ll be based in a beautiful office in central London on a hybrid basis with training and support provided. Successful candidates will be proficient using MS Office packages and will ideally have some experience with data handling/data entry.
