Sales administrator – Luxury Brand (Temporary )

Salary : £13 – £14/hour

Our client, a Luxury brand is seeking an experienced sales administrator to join their team on a temporary basis.

In this role, you will be supporting the team with assisting with and checking Po's updating trackers along with daily admin support for the team.

Type of Role: Minimum 7 weeks

Role: Sales admin support

Company Type/Industry: Luxury retail

Schedule: Hours/days: 9am-5:30pm Monday to Friday

Start Date: ASAP

Location: Central London, In the office

Pay: £13-£14 per hour

Duties

Extensive email correspondence, occasionally covering mailboxes

updating trackers, and checking PO's

Maintaining office supplies, ordering and supporting stock

Run monthly inventory reviews of stock

ensure all documents and trackers are kept up to date

Support team in weekly PO and critical path review meeting

entering information on the company database, raising invoices as well as supporting the Sales Managers

Skills & Experience

Highly confident in Excel, teams and powerpoint is a must

Experience supporting a team

Prior experience in a similar role

Experience working with data and close attention to detail

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Excellent time management skills
