Duties and responsibilities:
Creation of print ready and digital artwork from visuals or concepts
Developing inspiring and creative designs for campaigns, brand launches, advertising concepts, events, printed material, social media and interior design
Developing brand awareness to maintain consistency across all client projects
Where required, meeting and liaising directly with clients or suppliers to achieve best results in the most cost-effective way
Confidently understanding the skill sets within the internal production and creative teams
Identifying opportunities for the update and development of systems and business methods
Continuously keeping informed of emerging trends and market conditions
Skills and experience required:
Extensive experience of carrying out a creative / graphic design role within a creative agency environment
Proven expertise in the use of Adobe Creative Cloud software, particularly InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
Demonstrates expert knowledge in the production of design for print and various types of digital media and channels, in order to take design work through to a professional artwork standard
Possesses strong layout skills with a high level of attention to detail
Able to provide examples of having successfully delivered a range of previous creative work which generated excellent client feedback
Knowledge of design automation processes and efficiencies
Approaches tasks with curiousity, always looking for opportunities to innovate and to improve
Able to adapt to a fast-moving business environment, with a positive approach to change
Excellent trouble-shooting and problem-solving skill set
Demonstrates a high level of communication and collaboration
