Project Manager – Architecture
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £55000 – £500000/annum
This company is recognised as one of the world's most innovative, design-led architecture firms, often partnering with leading companies and institutions, such as Google, the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, the Universities of Oxford and Cambridge, and the NHS Trusts.
They are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Project Manager with an architectural background. This person will need to collaborate with the wider team, managing large complex projects, interpreting clients' needs and overseeing the production of project deliverables.
You will need to have excellent communication skills, teamwork skills, be a problem-solver who is confident leading and taking on responsibility in the wider Practice.
Key skills and experience required for this Project Manager position include:
At least 6 years' experience as a Qualified Architect, with at least 2 years of Project Management experience
Experience working on large and complex commercial, science and healthcare projects
LEED Accreditation, or willingness to obtain
Revit proficiency essential, knowledge of Adobe CS, and either Rhino or 3DS Max desired
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and work in a collaborative, design-focussed environmentAs an international architecture firm, this company offer a good package, with excellent scope for progression and hybrid working.
