ADA are partnered with a digital agency in Shoreditch, seeking a talented UI/Visual Designer to join their small but talented team. After a number of recent client wins they are looking to expand. You’ll play a key role in designing and developing digital products for their clients, ensuring you meet their business objectives and exceed user expectations. We’re looking for someone that can truly make their users say “wow, that's a great interface!'
An ideal candidate with have demonstrable experience in a previous role, a strong portfolio showcasing you leading on solid UI/visual design projects.
We are looking for some with a strong digital agency background, or worked in a Product team for a number of years.
We’d love to hear from you if you are an avid Dribble contributor, and excellent examples of Brochure work.
The long and short of it; you’ll be passionate about creating beautiful, visual, and user-friendly interfaces
There is scope for this role to scale up the Design team I the future, too.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UX designers, developers, and project managers to understand project goals, user requirements, and technical constraints.
Create visually striking and cohesive UI designs that align with project objectives and brand guidelines.
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and refine designs based on user feedback.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices to ensure our designs are innovative and user-centric.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a UI/Visual Designer in a digital agency or similar environment.
Strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in UI design, visual design, and interaction design across various digital platforms.
Proficient in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) and Sketch.
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
